Group classes at Norwood Yoga House are held in small groups.
All classes will include learning and practising a range of Yoga tools: postures, breathing, relaxation & reflection, with a different emphasis in different classes.
All equipment is provided, and we advise wearing loose, comfortable clothing, and no heavy food for 2 hours before class.
